Diego Nouet Delgado appointed Global Vice President of International at Glovo
- After consolidating operations in Africa and Southeast Europe, Nouet will lead Glovo’s business strategy across the 23 countries where the app is available, coordinating the General Managers in each market.
Madrid, September 8, 2025 – Glovo is strengthening its international leadership team. Diego Nouet Delgado, formerly General Manager for Southeast Europe, has been appointed Global Vice President of International. Nouet will now oversee Glovo’s business strategy across the 23 countries where the company operates, coordinating General Managers in each market.
Nout is an Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid with an MBA from INSEAD. He joined Glovo in April 2019 as General Manager for Spain and Portugal. After successfully expanding and consolidating operations in both countries for more than three years, he took on the role of General Manager for Africa. There, he drove the growth of Q-Commerce in Morocco, Tunisia, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Uganda, and Kenya, while also expanding the app’s presence to more cities across the continent.
Once Glovo’s growth objectives in Africa were met, Nouet was appointed General Manager for Southeast Europe. Whilst in that role, Nouet consolidated the company’s leadership in Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, and Croatia. Furthermore, he focused on expanding Glovo’s multi-category services across these seven markets and driving new business verticals.
Six years after joining the company, Nouet is now stepping into a strategic role. Centred on strengthening Glovo’s leadership in the more than 1,800 cities worldwide where the app is available, Nouet will fuel the growth of over 150,000 partner businesses that collaborate with the platform.
