Glovo Access. Our Social Platform

As a result of the COVID sanitary crisis, we became aware that our platform could contribute much more than we thought to society. That’s because we naturally shifted our focus towards delivering essential goods to vulnerable communities heavily impacted by the pandemic. In this context, Glovo has shown its potential to contribute to social causes.

Since the crisis started, we have done more than 80,000 solidary deliveries of food, digital technology and sanitary materials. These initiatives have been funded thanks to the donations of our employees, third parties and our users. To date, we have been involved in more than 50 projects throughout the world, with €275,000 of total funding. You can find more information about this on our dedicated website Glovo Access.

All these initiatives have laid the foundations for the creation of GLOVO ACCESS, a project aiming to open up our technology and our logistics to NGOs and Public Administration to make sure that essential goods are accessible for everyone. In order to achieve this, we will join forces with strategic partners, including companies and public institutions with strong social commitments.
