Spain.-  Glovo collaborates with Migracode to offer free coding courses to refugees in Barcelona. The company is financing three part-time coding courses for 36 students, mainly refugees, so that they can qualify as Junior Web Developers and join the Spanish labour market or improve their current situation.

As well as financing the cost of these courses, Glovo provides spaces in its offices for the classes to take place, and all the necessary materials. Furthermore, some of the teachers that give the classes are Glovo employees with training in technology and coding.

This initiative is one of the Glovo Citizens projects, which aims to help those who are less fortunate integrate into society.
