Mentoring programs

LeaderSHE

A program that allows Glovo’s women to steer their career within the company. This initiative creates an environment that allows female workers to grow their network, develop their skills and enhance their leadership potential.

Data female program

Glovo started a Data Female Internship program within the data department to attract female talent and bridge the gap between University graduation and Glovo’s entry level roles in Data.

We offer unconscious bias training to new recruiters.

Labour insertion of migrant workers

Vulnerable migrants can work as pickers in our MFCs

Together with Fundación Incorpora in Barcelona, Glovo is providing training and mentoring through internship programs. Interns then have the possibility of signing an employment contract with the company.

Girls in tech

Schools programme

We raise awareness among young girls at schools about careers in tech by organising dialogue sessions with our Product, Engineering and Data teams.

Glovo events

We organise events at the Glovo office with young girls to help them learn more about the tech world through interactive presentations with our teams.
