Whether here for a short or medium time, we are committed to equipping couriers with the essential tools needed to up-skill and pursue their passions.

Beyond personal growth and entrepreneurship, The Courier’s Pledge is also a platform for social impact. Through this industry-leading program, we aim to ensure:
- Fair Earnings – Weekly earnings have increased by 10% in the countries where The Couriers Pledge has been implemented. ‘Loyalty bonus’ granted or exchanged for time-off.
- 360° Safety – Assistance with different types of accidents, third-party liability and transport of goods, as well as sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, an SOS Button inside the app, and access to other extra benefits.
- Equality – Transparency and two-way communication between Glovo and couriers (appeal process).
- Community – Encouraging open dialogue while offering learning opportunities for couriers (G-learning platform).
At Glovo, we take pride in providing continuous learning opportunities for the couriers that use our platform. On our free and easy to use e-learning platform – a pillar of the Courier’s Pledge- Couriers can find more than 100 courses on diverse topics in several languages, to develop their soft and hard skills. To date, over 12K couriers are active users on our e-learning platform.
Thanks to e-learning, Couriers are offered exclusive access to resources that aid them in pursuing their passions and developing essential life skills including Busuu for language learning, Sololearn to learn how to code, and so much more. As of our 2022 Impact Report, we’ve found that 95% of couriers have had access to our e-learning platform in the past year.
The Courier’s Pledge has fostered a sense of community, encouraging couriers to share their experiences, challenges, and success stories. This sense of belonging creates a positive and supportive atmosphere that emboldens couriers to pursue their passions with confidence.
